Our LED panels utilize advanced epoxy resin encapsulation to effectively prevent water ingress while achieving a high IP68 waterproof rating. This ensures consistent, reliable performance even in demanding underwater environments, delivering long-term durability and enhanced protection.
In addition to the Chinese-style patterned SS316L frame, we offer two alternative options: a brushed finish, and an oversized version featuring a thicker brushed frame. The premium epoxy resin construction also provides excellent heat dissipation, enabling efficient operation without the risk of overheating.
Designed for versatile installation, this product is compatible with niche systems from Pentair, Jandy, and J&J Electronics. It can also be installed in concrete swimming pools using the PF1005C niche, offering flexibility across a wide range of pool applications.
Customization options include cable lengths of 50 Ft, 100 Ft, or 150 Ft, allowing for tailored installation to suit specific pool sizes. We also offer a range of color options, including Cool White (6400K), Warm White (3000K), RGB, and RGBW, to enhance your pool's ambiance.
We offer both SMD2835 and SMD5054 LED chip options. The SMD2835 features a single-color, single-chip design, while the SMD5054 adopts a 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 configuration, delivering more uniform and enhanced color mixing performance.
Installation
Maxillum’s products are fully compatible with all major niche systems on the market, ensuring seamless integration with existing pool installations. The stainless steel frame is engineered with a unique universal slot that fits standard niches, providing a stable and secure mounting solution.
To further simplify installation, pre-drilled screw holes are positioned above the slot, allowing for quick and precise attachment to existing niches. This user-friendly design eliminates the need for additional modifications, enabling a fast and hassle-free upgrade to your pool lighting system.
For users with new pool installations, Maxillum has designed a versatile niche that is compatible with concrete pools。The installation process begins during the pool construction phase, where a designated space must be left for the niche. Once the niche is placed in the allocated space, mosaic tiles can be installed over the top, completing the integration.
