Replacement and Maintenance Guarantee: On the basis of strictly controlling the production process, MAXILLUM provides customers with quality-guaranteed products. We offer a 3-year warranty period for our products (2-year warranty period for PAR56 light source products). In case of lamp damage caused by improper use by end customers, we will still cooperate with our distributors and agents to provide after-sales services for lamp replacement.
Inventory Backup Support: For long-term cooperative customers, we can reserve 5%-10% of the emergency inventory of your regular order quantity in our warehouse to ensure you can respond to customers' urgent order needs within 3 working days.
