Incoming material inspection

We conduct random sampling and box inspection on incoming materials. It ensures raw materials meet quality standards, preventing defective inputs from entering production and reducing the risk of faulty end products.

In - process monitoring

We test all products during the production process. The lights undergo three aging tests during the process, 100% full inspection. By monitoring the production process, defects can be detected early to ensure process quality, maintaining process consistency, reducing rework/waste, and guaranteeing compliance with standards for stable output.

Randomly inspect 2% of finished lights, test the spectral power data with an integrating sphere, and keep the data on file.We will package the finished products according to customer requirements. Final product inspection ensures compliance with quality standards and reliable products for market.
